Canon 90D battery

When I purchased the Canon 90D 2 years ago also got Pro Master battery for it. Have switched each battery when needed to put a fresh one in camera.

Now with the Canon battery after 7,700 total clicks where “Recharge performance” is displayed on LCD screen. Is this showing that the battery level is affecting the images taken or just a recharge on the battery is getting weak? And not effecting the camera at all during use?
The remaining capacity is always showing below 100 percent also with freshly recharge Canon battery. But not with the Pro Master.
Thanks in advance for all replies. Bob

The recharge performance rating has no effect on your actual photos. It is supposed to just indicate the overall condition of the battery, but, just how accurate that is would be anyone's guess. I've had batteries rate 2 or even 1 and still see no change in their performance. Personally, I don't put much stock in it based on my own experience.

Thanks for the reply LFinger, nothing to fussy to worry over.

The battery condition has no effect on the quality of the picture. The camera either fires or not. I have ever seen a camera battery that shows charged. That’s just the way the crow flies. I would not worry about it.
