My first wild peacock

Or at least my first peacock in the wild.
My wife and I were driving down a dirt road when this fellow walked out of the trees. He was not shy at all about having his picture taken, so perhaps he belongs to someone. It was a pleasant surprise.

Now that's something you don't see every day. Very cool! It's spring, he's probably wandering looking for a mate.

Peacocks in Idaho, Llamas here in Montana, ya gotta wonder! Nice shot - like the ray of sunlight.

He's a handsome dude and his pose would suggest he is proud of his looks! Neat discovery and a very nice shot.

Should I say, "proud as a peacock." He is a beauty. Probably an escapee from his owner.
