I think they’re so pretty but let me tell you they’re rascals and can sure be destructive!!
I had a wooden outbuilding where I stored walnuts to be cracked for making cakes and candy! Did you know, I didn’t realize it, they chewed a Hole almost completely through on the other side where I couldn’t see! They smelled them in that building! Even though I was feeding them in my feeders with black oil sunflower seeds, They preferred the walnuts and were willing to wear their teeth down and disfigure my building to get them!!! I had to fix a patch to board it up!!! Lol
