That's a beautiful place. Apparently it's enjoyed by all.

Hey Jo.... I am coming in a little late on this but since I live just a block or so behind the visitor's center I thought I would Chime in. Love your shots as the views are always changing with time of day and water flow of the Little River. Alabama the beautiful, right. Don't want to hijack your thread but I did want to add a capture from early in the morning when flow is down and one is able to meander down on the falls itself... You can also get some nice shots of the canyon from 126 which parallels the canyon... park at one of the overlooks and walk along the edge of the cliffside. Post more of the area... Bob

It's a very pleasant place to visit. I was surprised that I only saw a few photographers there.

Thanks Bob. Good to know and I will keep this in mind when I go again.
Beautiful set, Jo. The prettiest picture you ever posted is the one of you on your horse in your avitar. You look like a movie star.

Thank you John. I'm glad you like the falls and now you're making an old woman blush. I was about ? 77 ? then. I've gained about 6 years on that one I think. I guess I need to update.
Shhhh, I still feel 25 so don't tell anybody.

Nice work. If anyone visits northeast Alabama, Little River sort of pops out of nowhere and is really neat.

Thank you Charles. It is a neat place to visit, and there is also a waterfall in the town where I live. Noccalula Falls is about 2 miles from my house in Gadsden Alabama. When it hasn't rained in a while it becomes Noccalula Trickle, but after a rain it's a huge gusher. It drops 95 feet. There's a fantastic park there and a camp ground area. People come from everywhere to visit.
