for me, I think my thinking is optimistic. If you are right and we are strictly doing this to ourselves, that is even more horrendous.

About oligarchs being Russian - some are. And we have plenty of our own. And they have teamed up.

My point with the simple, profoundly logical message of the posted cartoon was to emphasize the inescapable fact that those refusing to wear masks and refusing v******tion are, just as inescapably, placing themselves firmly within the demographic at highest risk of contracting and dying from infection with c****av***s-19. Not complicated… quite simple and logical! c****a-19 does “stop stupid” by hundreds- sometime thousands a day.
Indisputable fact!
Time spent seriously considering this fact is spent wisely and certainly is not wasted.

Hi Dave - yep... And thinking about it, I have to respect their right to be stupid and put themselves at risk. If only it were just themselves. Keeping a powerful v***s alive and letting it further t***sform puts many others besides themselves at risk. Stupidity combined with selfishness, often the two traits go hand-in-hand.

An oligarchy is a small group of people power in which power rests These people may or may not be distinguished by one or several characteristics, such as nobility, celebrity, wealth, education, corporate, religious, political, or military control.

Calling America an oligarchy is jus another conspiracy with no basis in faction which some can blame others .
Not to many years ago it was the Rothschild. Now it is gates or the Bezo- just another lame conspiracy theory .

If our countries tax laws and regulatory efforts favor the super rich, then the super rich are in fact that small group of people in which power rests. I appreciate learning that the level of wealth is not necessarily the meaning of the word.

As so many are distracted from the political process and getting involved in whats going on I am quite sure many of them would be content with a tyrant whose views they agreed with. Left, right - doesn’t matter.

I agree deeply with what you have just stated. We as a people are more than happy to have a tyrant, just so long as the tyrant expresses views that they agree with.

And there most definitely seems to be large scale efforts that train people what those hot spots should be.

For instance the evangelicals preach about a******n, sex (gay people/t*********r/bathrooms), and the governments attack on religion. Other groups teach that other things are the hot buttons.

None of this is conspiracy, but it most certainly is the manipulative game that is played.
