Cool set. I like the first one best. What is a "pixel dispersion tool" and where is it found it PS?

You have to download a script or action steps OR write you own. Then it is a series of automatic steps in PS applied to your image. I used one from PSDDude.com. Go to Google or youTube for help.

For those interested, action files can be attached to a UHH topic. Any file type (except perhaps exe) can be attached. The only limit is size (20 mb).

Both of these are really neat. The first is high energy. The second has an almost abstract quality. Creative work on your part and very well done.
