What does his past have to do with his death. Just another case of a trigger happy white cop k*****g a black young man.

Maybe if he didn’t choose the thug life he would have reacted differently.
Obey comply don’t resist, I’m not saying it’s right.
But please we have to take responsibility for ourselves when we are stopped.
There is always going to be some jerks, but we do have a part in the outcome.
Everyone plays a part
Sometimes people die because some cops are real jerks and aholes. Many are just that.."good cops" but jerks nonetheless.
This scene did not seem like that.
How this 26 yr veteran could mistake her glock for her taser is beyond my comprehension. But the video looks to me like she meant to tase the man...the warning of "taser, taser taser" and the reaction of "holy s**t...I shot him" did not seem scripted.
She effed up. It will be up to the court and a jury if it goes to trial to determine her fate.
Don't be surprised if the law protects her. I would guess the jury would have to find that she acted with gross negligence in order to convict her. Just a guess though.

That she did, and I won’t be surprised.

I without reason, give her credit for being a decent person.
She is likely horrified by what she did.

I could imagine it’s hard for her to deal with. Replaying it over and over what could I have done different.

I wouldn't be surprised if she does away with herself.
I feel for her.

He brought on his own demise, whether he was an angel or an asshole. He made the decision and he paid the consequences. He created the circumstances for her to make the mistake.

Shooting someone by mistake is not gross negligence. ???
Mistaking a yellow taser for a black test gun is not negligence. ???

So resisting arrest is now a capital crime punishable by death .?? Even though he was not threatening the office with a bit of harm
Imbecile thought

Are dead cops ok with you?

Did he not create the circumstances that brought about his demise by refusing to comply? If a cop intends to k**l you, I have no doubt that he or she will accomplish just that...but why does someone you never met want to k**l you? In most, if not all encounters with the police, all you have to do to remain unscathed is comply with wh**ever demands are made by the office regardless of whether you believe the demands are reasonable or not. The time to protest is in court, after. NOT on the street.
