Sometime around this date each year I go through the filing cabinet and clean out old files, shredding anything confidential. Takes a good while, hate it, but have to do it! We had a cold gray day with snow, still falling, but not sticking. Grabbed these on the way to pick up the mail. D3 with an old AF Nikkor 70-300 1:4-5.6 G
The last just 3 miles away!

Absolutely - the dogs didn't mind that their walks were a bit shorter than usual.

You have my sympathy! My shredder is mine / fine, but not for large quantities of paper. Overheats and you have to wait till it cools down. I have thought many times about commercial document disposal, but I'd have to be there to see the deed done!

My wife is an accountant. We finally broke down and bought a heavy duty cross cut shredder. It's supposed to eat staples but we're pretty careful about removing them
