The police officer self escalated the incident to the point where he had lost control of his own anger. The officer refused to inform the Lieutenant why he was being pulled over
The Army Lieutenant remained cool, calm, and collected throughout the entire situation, even after he was pepper sprayed.
As it turns out, the stop was erroneous. It was originally thought that the vehicle was operating without a license plate, the cops missed the cardboard tag displayed in the rear window.
This was a case of driving while black, nothing else!
