You are right, police should be respectful.
I give you that. But its all in how a person reacts that can affect the outcome.

Name one white person who was shot to death when officer thought they were using their taser.
No white person would be shot to death if they complied with police commands.

You really think no white folks are unjustifiably k**led by cops, when they don't resist in any way it.
No person who abides by the law and complies with police commands will be k**led by police.
I love Chris Rock.
Some years back I got to sit in on a presentation he did for a mentoring program with a group of kids interested in in becoming entertainers. He specifically spoke to how he became a successful stand-up comedian. I always just figured he succeeded because he's just a naturally funny guy, which he is and then some. But I was schooled that day!
His depth of knowledge of the craft was impressive to say the least--and yes, he looks at it as a craft, one which he said he has never stopped learning and trying to perfect. He talked about how he studied 1000's of hours of the great stand-ups, how they presented, how they constructed their stories, how they timed elements for delivery, how they paced, how they used verbal, non-verbal, facial, body language, movement, and etc., how pretty much every thing they do from the minute they step into the light is designed as part of the show. His obvious passion for the craft was evident the whole way through his presentation. I also later learned that he donated his fee for that event to the program.
The school system could train youngsters in the basics of how to behave when the police confront them, as follows:
Obey the commands of the police.
Do not run from the police.
Do not in anyway threaten the safety of the police.
Do not physically attack the police.
Do not struggle with the police.
Do not in anyway threaten the safety of another.
Do not go for the gun of a police officer.
If you have a gun, do not go for it.
Always keep your hands in view of the police.
Cooperate with the police.
By observing these basics, you will find yourself emerging alive from an encounter with the police.
Governments at all levels could take responsibility for educating the public in the correct behavior when confronted by the police.

The news always reports black deaths by police. When you read the report, the black person either resisted arrest or ran away. How come black people can’t comply with police commands? This is a fact: if a white person is stopped by police and they comply with police commands, they always live another day.
You would think they would have seen some police movies in their lives. I have never seen a suspect talk his way out of a cooperating with a cop. If you know a story or have seen it in a movie, and I am not talking about traffic tickets, let me know.
It takes two to tango. The cop has a job to do. Go along (cooperate) and you in general will face a peaceful process.

Hesitate to use the term "always" in today's world. With so many thousands of encounters between police and citizens, there are certainly a massive variety of ways in which these encounters can play out.
Yes…but you won't find too many police shootings where the person involved was polite, didn't run or didn't pull a weapon. If you're respectful to the police…most of them will be respectful back to you. Yes…there are r****t cops but there are r****t people of color too. Golden rule applies…especially if the cops pull you over.
That said…I would decline to allow them to search my vehicle or person absent probable cause and would be very careful about answering any question if I was the person they stopped…as a witness I would be more interested in providing evidence but would not volunteer information if I was a suspect.

Be careful what you say, anything you say can be used against you, even being a witness.

Just another example of your casual r****m.
If a white person asks questions about B****s, the left yells R****T. It’s OK, they can’t help it, it’s part of their DNA.

How does that comment apply to me?

I, for one, thought he was just making a general observation. Not about you, just folks.

It does not apply unless you are a lefty which I highly doubt.
