Nesting time for birds of all sizes now. Here are some random photos of Great Blue Herons courting and building their nests. The male flies out to retrieve a twigs of various sizes and brings them back to the nest building project for the female to accept or reject.

Thank you. I love the variety as most do. Back to the wild horses on Monday. We have been out of town and visiting kids and grand kids for the past 11 days.
