Thank You Bill, I used a youtube tutorial on oil paintings from photoshop cafe. I've always enjoyed processing some of my shots this way. Glad You enjoyed it. I've put the link to that video below. Thanks Again !!!

A fine collection of some very unique subjects! #2 of the bird with the "Painterly" effect is quite nice and a good use of the filter! Thanks for sharing!

Great images Unc, but I can't quite see the Oil paint effect.

Here's a tip I discovered. Reduce the image size real small and apply the effect. It will be stronger. Then res the image back up afterward. Purists will say, 'But that degrades my image!' Yes, but what the hell do you think the oil paint filter does anyway? You know photography is an art and a science.
