I love when photos resemble a painting. These accomplished it with no post editing. The mesquite trees here add to the images nicely too and contrast with the mountains quite well. It is difficult to be everywhere at once but my 600 mm lens reached it well. Sometimes, they choose to wrestle behind a tree so about all that can be done quickly is to move left or right and find an opening.
