Perfect shot. The whole face from whiskers to eyes so perfectly brought into focus leading to the eyes.
I know RGG. When he moved in there was another cat named Jack. So, to avoid confusion, I simply named Jack Jacques. It stuck.

I was looking at this again this morning. Jacque has a very distinctive face. His name fits him perfectly! This is a portrait to treasure.
Thanks again, Carol. For the first 7 years of his life, with another family, his name was Jack. When he moved here, due to them having a baby and Jack's enjoyment of occasionally biting, there was another cat living here with some roomies. That cat's name was Jack. To differentiate, Jack became Jacques. The roomies have since moved but he remains Jacques.
