Does anyone have a favorite place to photograph horses? I've gotten a few pictures from the Sand Wash Basin, but my two favorite horses are gone. Van Gogh was killed by a car and Picasso, over 30 years old now, has not been spotted recently. I love mustangs and am always looking to add to my collection. Thank you, Donna
I can't recommend a place, but I do feel obligated to praise you for that first picture. It's a winner!
Ask nikonianman. He has the horse photos directly by your in the upcoming subjects area.
I'm guessing Picasso is the paint?
Nice shots there!

Thank you! I am headed back the first week of May before it gets too hot.
Van Gogh was a beauty. His loss is sad. These are nice shots. Everyone on UHH love pictures of wild horses!
Those are excellent photos. I took this photo in the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge. I've been there many times. The refuge is famous for its wild horses.

It was pretty tragic. Not sure where Picasso is or if he's alive, but that day he was fighting for his mare Spirit Dancer. It was fasnating to watch. He won and did a victory dance.
However, she died giving birth shortly after this shot was taken.
Nice set and the 1st one is an amazing image!
All nice but #1 is excellent. Where were these taken?
Thanks
