I haven't posted for a while. The Rose Garden at Mesa Community College here in Arizona was in beautiful shape and blooming like crazy in March. Here are two collages.

Yes open to public, wander freely. They irrigate (I have no i8dea of the schedule), so access limited during those times. Cheers.
