The color. A good grouping and the orange shirt catches your eye and leads you into it but the poster on the upper right is distracting. Perhaps a tighter crop to eliminate at least the eye on the poster or perhaps clone it out completely.

Don has it right. Get rid of the poster girl and crop some off the top, and you have a good photo of three people hanging out.

Thanks guys. While a long time photographer I'm just starting the play in other areas like street photography. I was covering a hostage situation when I shot this. Appreciate the feedback!

I agree. I left her there on purpose, to me it also balances the photo as well.
