FYI....Most dealers seem to have received this lens over the weekend. I received no less than 5 calls/emails from dealers following up when it came into stock. Kudos for their customer service. Buy from local dealers when you can.

Somebody probably did, and when the stores run out again you'll see them for sale at considerably higher than list.
Right now you can buy 'like new' 500mm pf lenses for over $4,000.
