Personal I have no trouble with that at all. Giving water to a thirsty person is no political no matter what color tshirt or hat they wear .

Since when is an act of kindness a crime? The better question is "why do some people have to wait i a long line while others breeze on up to the polling sites?"

I had no delay - then again, I am living in a wealthy zip code. These restriction are intended to make their v**e harder to cast and be recognized among the poor. No one is fooled on either side of the aisle. The only question is who is brave enough to admit it. I doubt those here in the attic are wiling to - so they deflect. It is all such BS and they believe their own lies.

If this is to make it harder to v**e then why does the law have provisions in it to require v****g districts that had long lines in past years to either add more v****g machines and poll workers or to add precincts and poll workers to ensure that lines are shorter.

You are taking one portion of the law out of context and not looking at the remainder of the law. It clearly requires local e******n officials to take steps to shorten lines.

It should also be pointed out that the areas with the longest lines are all controlled by Democrat e******n officials, so if they wanted to shorten lines they have had plenty of opportunity to do so in the past.

No food or water for those waiting in line is a “ safeguard”??

Yes, if you actually read the law you will understand why.

Nowhere does the law say that an e******n worker can provide water to v**ers in line. Only if they are 25' away from the line. The law says "no person".

Wouldn't it be beneficial to all of us to simply get off the food and water BS. Anybody who wants food and water can bring it themselves. PERIOD. What next, setting up a lunch counter so people will be able to leave the line, go have lunch in the building and then come back and v**e? Of course the Democrats will want the food counter paid for by taxpayer dollars because some poor people could not afford to buy meals there. They would feel demeaned that others could buy food but not them. Oh the HORROR, eh?

Let's just stave off all that BS and not even mention food and drink in the line. What next, v**ers who drove to the v****g area will expect their tanks of gas to be filled when they leave?

Some people have to wait because we have over 330 Million people in this country. Those who not want to wait CAN participate in, Mail In V****g can't they? No waiting, no muss, no fuss. Just fill out the b****t form properly and mail it in. Now there is an idea.

Mail-in v****g, while I don't believe it was abused, is a very contentious issue and has undermined v**er confidence (thanks to the "big lie"). Personally I v**e early and find that really easy. I can't remember exactly but I think, for the prior four weeks, polls were open on a weekday and on Saturday. One alternative to mail-in b****ts is volunteer t***sportation. Churches here in NC are a major part of the community. It's possible here that church members would volunteer to provide t***sportation to the polls - they did it for C***D v******tions. Just a thought.

What, Big Lie, is that? Are you talking about the not so BIG T***H that at least two Democratic States altered the way of accepting v**es in the mail which may have caused President Trump to lose untold numbers of v**es. Is that the lie you are talking about?

I have no problem at all with mail in v****g, NONE. But when v**ers do not fill out the b****t correctly those v**es should not be accepted. When v**ers mail their b****ts in too late to be received by the deadline then those b****ts should not be accepted either. Yet in two states they were and that is illegal. Yet the b****ts were counted as legal and should not have been. Had the roles been reversed and T***p w*n would you have happily accepted that a judge violated the law in one state and a e******n official, I cannot recall her name, changed the law in her state? I doubt any of you would have accepted that. But you expect that I was forced to accept it.

You shouldn't need backup for that. The longest lines were in Fulton County. Who runs Fulton County? News flash, it isn't Republicans.
