Not to shabby. Could make an interesting "desktop" background for your PC or Mac: not too busy, but interesting.

I just included it in my wallpaper slide show rotation.

Would also make a great Business Card background!!

Left the restaurant last night to head home and looked up at this amazing sunset. I just had to grab the camera and snap off a couple of shots.

Wow!

Great shot, beautiful color, and love the framing of the tree! Last time I saw a sunset or sunrise with that kind of color I was in AZ. I haven’t seen one on the east coast in years like that.

Nice capture. I don’t know if I could have taken that photo. I would have been too busy just looking at it.

Its all the same sky, its just the gift of the view we all wait for.

Is it a myth? Or is it fact? Only the skydresser knows for sure! LOL

I have to admit, that I thought no where else could touch a florida sunset, I was wrong. Montana blows florida away. I keep fighting the urge to go west to somewhere that doesn't know the meaning of the word hurricane!

I was in Florida for all 4 of the marching Hurricanes, Charlie, Francis, Jeanne and Ivan and I saw some beautuful, albeit onerous, sunrises and sunsets. Ours are just accompanied by calmer weather I think.

Great shot MT. I love the silhouette against the sky. This is a great example of why you should always travel with a camera.

Great shot, MT, I'm amazed at the feeling of action in it!

Thanks Danilo. I thought afterwards that a video would almost have worked as the colors were changing so fast. I put the tree in as a matter of perspective.

Fire in the Sky...you really captured the orange and yellow hues. I bet everything around had an orange glow. Cool shot.

These colors only lasted 5 or 6 minutes. I was lucky I had the D800E in the car with the 28-300mm Nikkor already on it. If I would have had to open the camera case and mount a lens I am sure I would have missed it completely. I know sunsets get blase, but nice ones like this are still worth shooting to me.

Sunsets are a topic that I never tire of!!
And this is one of the most awesome captures that I have seen with those colors and that awesome foreground!!

I appreciate that Wahawk, thank you.

Sounds like you need to head West sometime to see them for yourself then! LOL
I flew in and out of Newark once, seems like the sky was just grey the whole time I was there now that I think about it.
