For $20 I just got Photo Planning Tools from Crookneck Consulting which is a three-app bundle including The Photographers Ephemeris. I think it’s available only for the iPhone. I especially like the 3D tool for hillside line of sight and shadow directions as the sun shifts.

I mentioned Photopills once on here about a year or so ago. I got a nasty email from Admin because someone complained that I posted a link on here that was asking for money. I guess he didn't realize that they needed his email address so they knew where to send him any of the free e-books they provide that he might have wanted. You just can't please some people. I've got some pretty good e-books from Photopills.
