No, the leader will be Dave Henry, a local who shot for the local newspaper and is now a Canon consultant and instructor; he also leads our semi-annual Trains & Tripods event. Dave is a great guy and an incredibly effective teacher; he teaches in layman terms. BTW, tripods WILL be allowed in the museum at the Photo Walk, a rare occasion for the museum. Only 17-18 sign-ups as of today; plenty of room. I hope to be in the walk or hosting as a docent - or a little of both. But I and at least one other person from the museum will be available to provide background on the exhibits. IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO SIGN UP!

I do have a question about one of the engines you two were talking abut. I thing it was engine #6. Where did it go and is was it wood fired? I have not tried to google it.
Thanks,
Pat

Was it V&TRR #6? I have a roster of them around here somewhere. If it was V&TRR #6?, go to:
http://www.nsrm-friends.org/nsrm128.htmlIt looks like wood in the tender, but it has a hybrid stack.
The ones I'm most familiar with for that line were Genoa (12), Empire (13/15-1/13; the first 2-6-0 for the line) and Esmeralda (14).
