Sigma DG 50-500mm 1:4.5-6.3
Used very little, and I no longer use this lens….
Reason I am selling is due to my slowing down considerably, turning 80 years old, it heavy for me and
I just don’t go out much any-longer…been locked up for the past year anyway due to Covid….
MO or personal check OK, but must wait for 6 days to clear my bank. I do NOT use pay pal
I will pay postage and will send priority mail and have purchaser sign for receiving it.
$1050

You'll likely get more traction if you I.D. the mount.

I remember paying over $1300 for it... 4 years ago...but haven't used it that much to justify keeping it....I tried to find this lens on line. No success. Ok I'll sell for $785

A pretty decent lens, I have an older one in Sony A....slight stop down solves most issues with sharpness beyond 300mm (for the pixel peepers), good even at 500mm. Prices are all over the map, Ebay "sold" history shows a range of high $300's on up to silly....however, we cannot see or determine true condition till in our hands...the one's that sold low may have deserved the low price. For me, coupled with the Sony Clear Image Zoom and/or several good Tele-converters I have, produces good images even at 1000mm FOV....as long as your technique is up to it. Gotta love a "Bigma"!!!

What we paid for something new at the time is irrelevant to what one should expect to pay for (a used) one now. A local camera shop I deal with has one in their display case, in excellent condition, and he's asking $490.
