While I agree that a bit more on the right might be useful I am not in general a fan of centered subjects. There are times when they are appropriate, but when taking photos, particularly of side views, I like to leave a bit of space for the subject to move into the photo. It may not imply motion per se, but centered shots are frequently boring in my opinion.

It's my opinion and you are welcome to disagree.

Wow...I am really grateful for the generosity of forum members in their willingness to help with this photo. Getting up close to a moose is not something that happens frequently. They normally stay a distance away (longer than the reach of my 200-500mm Nikon lens). This one walked right in front of my car and started eating the branches. Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Please accept my sincere thanks for everyone's help. You are very appreciated...thank you!
