Photoshop update question

Recently, whenever I get an Adobe creative cloud notification I see the note to update PS as well. I update LrC and all is well. But I keep getting the same notification for PS to update both 21 and 22. I do the update for 22 and all seems well but when the next LrC comes around, PS says I need to update 21 & 22. Anyone else have this issue or is it a job for Adobe help? The PS showing up for “update available” is 22.2 and 21.2.5.

Are you using the Creative Cloud application that manages your subscription? Do you have two versions of Photoshop installed? The current version is 22.3.

My version of 22.3 on Windows 10 shuts down when I try to print from it, and after spending time with Adobe's chat their only solution was to use 21.2.5 so I have both versions installed. Clumsy but it works!

So...keep updating the newer one and leave the older reliable one alone. Ignore requests to update it.
