I finally had some marginal success with birds in flight and fight. I have not made many attempts, but was right place, right time, and finally a photo or 2 that I like.

So glad our birds are back. Their chirps and songs bring a little cheer. Although these birds don't migrate, they do hunker down for the winter. I love our birds. Even if they do eat us out of house and home. It's so good to have them out and about again.
p.1 I agree, Thom. Ours go through suet and sunflower seeds by the pound, but worth it for the variety, bird fights and beautiful colors.
