Does anyone know if there is any way to copy 120 negatives with a Nikon ES 2 copier. It seems they would make an adapter for this, but so far I haven't found one. Thanks.
No. It's designed for 35mm to FF with 60mm micro or DX with 40mm micro.

Recently several members have posted improvised slide and negative copying contraptions. if you have the Macro lens needed for either ES 1 or 2, shouldn't be a major problem to make something that will work with 120.

You can quite easily adapt it to almost any other cameras and lenses, but you you can never adapt it to a piece of film that is actually larger than the device itself (unless you can make some use of an off-center 40 to 60% cropped copy).
There’s a “larger ES-2” from Hasselblad, at $50 to $100 used. It’s their “bellows adjustable lens shade”. It’s not quite a “turn key” system, but easy enough to adapt without any special tools or metal working skills.
