I spotted him in West Orange. McLoone's Boathouse restaurant is located there. I believe water is a reservoir for the City of Orange. This is the first time I have seen an eagle there. I go there often. When he finally took off I couldn't get a shot of him in flight. He flew along the tree line and so I was blocked. I am hoping to return to try and get him in action.
