It works with all "Sport", "Art", and "Contemporary" Sigma lenses. It also works with SOME of the older HSM lenses. Does not work with non-HSM, nor mechanical autofocus Sigma lenses.

Yes the FTZ Adapter does work I have the Nikon Z7 and the Z6 and 90% of my lens are Sigma and don’t and have not ever had any issues enjoy

I have 2 of the FTZ adapters and they work fine with all of my newer Nikon as well as 3rd party lenses. The older lenses (Nikon 'D' etc) will work except they will not auto focus.

I use the FTZ adaptor to pair my sigma 100-400 with my Z50. Works great. Not a glitch.
