the aliens invented time
and the worm could exist in it's blindness.
On the second day they made light
and invented the idea of eyes.
Then they grabbed the light with their mind-hands
and spread it out so things could appear.
They invented atoms and learned the tricks
of locks and keys so life could be created and link and speak.
Cells could make themselves known and join together.
On day four, they invented history.
