What needs done?
You must check "store original" if you want some help.
If we had access to the raw file, assuming you shot one, there would be more to work with and may even be able to recover some detail in the clouds.
It needs all that you can improve > out of the camera original
thanks

As "tradio" wrote, if you re post and click on the box that is beside the words "store original" then we can do some editing for you. WIthout that we can not do much.
If you want the original file available for us to download you need to check the (store original) box between Choose file and Add Attachment.

It would be helpful if you were to attach the original to your post as I've shown below. What you posted was just a thumbnail image of your original. Then I'm sure you'll get a lot more feedback.
Working with just the thumbnail, I see that the house is underexposed and the sky is overexposed. The pure white areas of the sky generally indicate highlight clipping. When highlights are clipped, you can't recover any of the details in that area, they are lost forever. What I did with this thumbnail was to lower the exposure and highlights in the sky while doing the opposite for the part of the image containing the house and street. To recover some of the blown highlights in the sky, I just cloned some of the sky with detail into the areas without detail.
I hope this gives you some help with what is possible, especially if you get the original attached.

Crap on all of that, fix the contrast and replace the sky with a new one; ten minute fix.
