Whatever it is, it is something Farm/Ranch built with old parts and scrap. Notice it has a ball hitch on a welded angle iron and channel frame. You don't usually see a ball hitch on tractors - whatever it is, it probably gets towed by a pickup. Amazing ingenuity to save both money & work.

Whatever its name, you have rendered it very artfully! Great capture. I might have cropped a bit from the right to remove the distraction of the white on the first building, it is a bit distracting.

Looks like a one row planter, the cross cleats denote it has a ground drive mechanism, the seat is missing, and the tongue has. been changed from wood to steel with a ball hitch added, you see a lot of tractors with a ball on the drawbar around here.
