I enjoy doing real estate photography, but this job was fun!

The Copley Mansion in Aurora Illinois, was built in 1917 by Col. Ira Clifton Copley, the founder of Copley Press and a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, designed by architect Jarvis Hunt.

It is currently in need of repairs but has updated kitchen and baths, and interiors are in pretty good shape.

Beautiful photos of a really nice looking home. Well done.

I can see myself living there but I suspect neighbors would not like a shooting range in the back yard nor with deer, antelope and African game heads on the walls. A shame.

That is beautiful. I'd love to live in its twin provided it was in a more tolerable location.
