State Park? If you throw in the bay side of the park south all the way to the inlet also. My parents took us there when I was a kid. As an adult I use to fish it with a friend who had the drive on permit.

Thanks tcthome - I will check out the bay side next time down. One of my son-in-laws always buys the drive on permit and spends a lot of time fishing there every Spring and Summer.

Thanks Carol - I appreciate your very nice comments. IBSP is my favorite NJ beach, and doesn't have all the commercial distractions most NJ beaches do.
