Is one better than the other ? C&C welcome
kThey're both good, but the b/w is too dark... Brighten it up a bit and I think it just might be the best of the two...

I agree, B/W if you lighten it up.:)

Think the B&W is the better of the two.
I like the B/W. Very good.
Hold on now. How far apart in days are the first two taken?
Like the BW.
Looks like lots of PP on the B&W. Propane tank gone, wire gone, trash gone, blue tarp gone, etc. The B&W is better IMHO and the color one seems to be OOF.
Prefer the b&w but think a touch more contrast and a little lightening would make it stand out.
Like the broken wheel, have you tried converting that to monochrome and adding a bit of contrast?
Thanks for sharing. Jim
B&W. My choice. Think donrent is right. Lighten it up a bit. Henry
kina like the BW best, good composition either way
The B&W for me , a wee bit dodge and burn would highlight the building, nice shot
I like the B&W. The color pic is OK but I don't care for the blue tarp and propane tank in the picture. That is not a demerit on the picture itself; I just like the scrubbed version better.
As for #3--Very nicely titled. Good shot.

the black and white is superior. You get a real sense of texture of the bricks, you got rid of the junk that was a distraction. does not need to be lightened, the darkness adds to th emood. With b/w. I personally like heavy contrast. It is just a look thatt works for me. Sepia tone or using an old photo or vintage photo filter would give it a nostalgic look. Not a vignetting fan, but this photo could benefit from it if you are going for a historical look
