Sigma Macro system 100-200mm F 4.5 for sale

Acquired this lens this weekend, along with the original case and manual. I cannot test it because it does not fit anything I own, but both it and the case, including the strap, appear to be in near mint condition.

Since it does not fit my camera body, I am open to offers of outright sale, trades, and partial trades. If interested, make me a reasonable offer and we can most likely make both of us happy. :D

Forgot to add....there's a flash unit that I acquired with the lens. Not sure of the specs or brand on it, and it's still in the van LOL. It also is very clean, and comes with both the camera cord and an AC power cord. I'll drag it out tomorrow and post the info.

FYI....the trade does not have to be photographic equipment LOL. I'm open to small electronics...maybe a small monitor that is windows compatible....I'm very flexible in that regard.

Honestly, I don't. I looked it up, and got a dozen widely different prices....some people sure are proud of what they own, aren't they?

Since for me it's a paperweight that I found in the bottom of a box I bought to get something else, I'm willing to be very reasonable LOL.

I am not positive, but does the M-42 give the best clue? My guess is Pentax.

Ok...don't know if this will be helpful or not, but the camera this lens was purchased for appears to have been a Mamiya/sekor 35 mm. SLR.

The flash is a Goldcrest SR-42 and works on 4 AA batteries or AC, and the cord and original manual is included. It also appears to be almost mint.

If anyone is interested in these, I would be happy with $30 plus actual shipping for the pair if you don't want to do a trade of some sort.

I'll buy it for $30.00. Have to ship it to Canada. Let me know if we have a deal and how to pay you. Thanks.

It's yours, as long as you'll take the flash too as part of the deal. I want it all gone for the $30, and I will ship it to Tibet as long as you're willing to pay the shipping!

PM me your address and I'll get the post office to give me the shipping charges and I'll email the total to you in the morning!

Oh, and if you'd like, I'll throw the manual for the camera they were used with in the box too. I didn't get the camera, and of course it's for a film body, but it does have a couple of neat diagrams of the internal parts of the camera and it won't add any weight, if you want it.

Not sure, but isn't an M42 mount a Pentax screw mount??

You're correct. The M42 is the old Pentax screw mount. I have several screw mount lenses for my old 35mm. I bought an adapter to use them on my current camera. They work, but everything is manually operated and there are problems with focusing to infinity. Otherwise, they work nicely. :)

Hearing that (so to speak LOL) is actually quite nice, because I'm hoping Rick will enjoy and use the heck out of it. I was at an estate sale and found an old heavy leather lighting box that I wanted to store some small accessories for my Canon. I laid it on the "hold" table with my name on a postit, and when I had finished looking around and started to settle up, I realized that the box now rattled, which I did not remember it doing when I set it down. I opened it, and there was that lens and a flash unit, both of which appeared to have little to no wear on them. I told the lady who was running the sale that they had not been in there when I set it on the table, and she said that the man's daughter had told her to give them to me with the box because they were the last of her father's photo equipment, that he had rarely used them, and that since I did some photography maybe I would get the use from them that her father didn't. I asked her what she wanted for them, and she said they were now included in the box. I told her I couldn't use them with my camera and she asked if I could find someone who would enjoy them. She said to pass them along at a price that would enable someone who would enjoy them to get them and she would be happy.

That's what I did. I hope Rick has a great time and takes some great pics with them.
