Of course, there's always the ceiling under construction to consider. We added a copper roof to our home some years ago, seeing as we live in chaparral fire zone. There was a good amount of rain in May, which is rare here, and as the roof was open parts of the ceiling drywall got soaked and fell into the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. It actually got me what I originally wanted, higher ceilings!
