These are some Yellowstone Sunsets as requested by Ellen.

I agree and don't know why I have put many on here with the same dimensions. I appreciate your comments.
Thanks Rex. I appreciate your comments.
I really like the mule deer.
If you don't mind here are a couple of mine from a couple of weeks ago. The forest fire smoke made for some nice sunsets.

I especially like the first photo.

I was somewhat surprised to see your first photo. Here is a shot I took in 1978. Look familiar? Taken on Ektachrome with the slide in hand.
Mine was taken facing East in the North End of the Hayden Valley as it is at sunrise not sunset.

How did he get your picture? Is it on your WEB site?
It is clear it is exactly your picture...not coincidently at the same place 35 years later...or those trees and weeds have somehow been petrified. Clouds too.
Hopefully it was an honest mistake. It still requires a profuse apology.

Yes it is on my website. In a gallery posted on 1/14/2012 of old slide scans of mine. The original scan was posted on UHH unchanged, thats obviously where the copy was taken from. My website post had the saturation increased in Photoshop to enhance the sunrise color.

Your posting says, "Taken on January 14, 2012". I presume that date is actually when you scanned the image taken from the data on the slide scan?
You'd need to take a snowmobile in then and the lake would have been frozen.

The GALLERY on Photoshop.com was POSTED on 1/14/2012. Nowhere does it say the image was shot on the date. And it is not a lake, it is the Hayden River.
Anyhow, here's a couple more actual Sunsets last month in the smoke.
