The last laugh is on the right who had pinned their last hopes in Durham finding dirt on President Biden.

It appears that there isn't any dirt to be found!

"Republicans were still whining about protecting the Durham investigation as recently as this week during Merrick Garland’s confirmation hearing.

The Durham investigation is toast.

The great Trump Deep State conspiracy is dead, and the Republican hopes for a Joe Biden scandal have been dashed."

The Washington Examiner says he only resigned as U.S. Attorney in Connecticut.

Dena Iverson, the principal deputy director for the DOJ’s office of public affairs, confirmed with the Washington Examiner that Durham will still remain in his special counsel role.

Also: "“I don’t have any reason, from what I know now—which is really very little—to make any determination on that ground,” Garland answered earlier this week. “But I have no reason to think he should not remain in place.”

“I understand that he has been permitted to remain in his position, and sitting here today I have no reason to think that that was not the correct decision,” Garland also said."

Since he remains in his role as Special Counsel then maybe the last laugh is on you.

I commend you for digging down to an alternate source that is fairer than the most partisan sources Google posts first.

It is quite clear that H****r was selling access to DC politicians including not only his father but also folks at the State Department, I have to ask, why would you not want this investigated? Do you have a reason or is the D behind his father's name all the reason you need, and if so, do you have any principles at all?

There was no digging down. This is simple fact, nothing fair or unfair about it: at request of DOJ, he resigned as U.S. Attorney for CT (a common occurrence when presidency changes parties), but retained his role as special counsel. Period.

All the Google search results on page 1 said the same. This is known as straight "news" - remember the good old days? 🤐
