The snow almost entirely gone. Five shot stitch - a new experience, the first time the software told me a photo was too big to edit. D750 AF S Nikkor 18-35 3.5 4.5 G

Nice shot! How do you get away with loosing all your snow and we still have nearly a foot left from the 34" snow of a couple of weeks ago along with two additional 4" snows since then! Not fair!

Temp rises, the wind blows - hard enough to toss around heavy cast metal patio chairs, works the other way as well here on the high plains. Temps can drop 40° so fast that if you are out working, you better be prepared.

You are supposed to be on the same weather track, though I think you have to pay extra for the scenery!

Sympathy! Deal is, weather generally moves through here fast - no mountains or ocean to the East. A couple of years ago, we had 5' at the bottom of the driveway. Eight hours on the tractor with bucket loader. Way too deep for my UTV.

Nice shot QD. And now you have time for the camera instead of the snow plow. Can't beat that. But I'll bet money it's not the last of the snow for you.

Thanks! I wouldn't take that bet - I have Snow shots Mid April a couple of different years!

One of our best winters (IMO) was about 5 years ago. We had a 30" snow (maybe 5' at the end of the driveway where the snow plows piled it up). But it was more that I wanted to deal with so we hired someone to clear it off. That was the only snow the whole season other than a couple of 2"ers that were easily scraped to the side. I'll vote for any winter where we get it all in one shot and aren't bothered the remainder of the season! Before this winter we went through four years where the largest snow was 5 or 6" with a couple of 2"ers along the way. I can deal with winters like those as well.
