Dear Kpmac,
Please consider this plea to send some of your new found warmth up to your northern friends.
I would be happy to drive down there and bring some back however I have yet to determine
which mountain of snow it is under.
Although the ice has made it quite dangerous for us older folks it does come in handy for mixing
our drinks. One must be careful not to chip cubes from the "yellow ice" however.
Send us some warmth a little at a time for the frozen dog turds are easier to pick up right now
except for those that are frozen to the ground. By the way...never chip the ice for your drinks
from around the frozen turds either.
Being indoor bound has not been all bad however. I have found several pairs of glasses and
coffee cups that I had given up on. I know that the fashion craze is jeans with holes in them
including torn knees. Being indoors for so long now my PJ's have now become a fashion statement
from sitting so much. I suspect that I will fit right in now walking the aisle at Walmart.
In closing, if you must, it is okay to send your excess warmth C.O.D. Please do not send it through
the U.S. Postal Service for not saying that they are slow, however I just received a fruitcake with
a Merry Christmas 2000 card attached.
Yours truly,
Sippyjug.

My PJ's have become my favorite attire, sippy. I have only been going out to put out the garbage and check the mail.....when it gets delivered. We could build a pipeline but the new administration would shut it down...so I don't know how to get the warmth to you. Thanks for looking and posting such a great narrative.
