It's too icy for a walk in the park (paths are not shoveled in my area) so when the birds arrived this morning at the feeders in our backyard I took a few shots through the glass sliders.
All taken with Nikon D800e, Nikon 500pf, f/5.6, 1/500 sec, iso 100
Wow great set Elliott. When its cold outside it makes great sense to shoot from inside. You don't have to worry about fogging lenses, frozen fingers or slipping on the ice. The only problem is keeping the glass clean.
Thanks Jack - my main concern is falling as I have an artificial hip and I need to be very careful not to dislocate it.
Wonderful work under difficult conditions, Elliott!
Great shots thru glass Elliot.
Love these.
You don't to fall on the ice
.
Take care
