This guy stops by every evening. I wonder why.

Great shot. How wonderful you have built this much trust up in the deer. A buck?

Yes, it's cute and fun - however, something to think about -
Hand feeding wildlife (such as ducks, geese, raccoons, deer, etc.) teaches them to not fear people and expect food from them. If they don’t get it, they can become aggressive*. Next, the adult wildlife will teach this behavior to their offspring. Once humans stop feeding the offspring, they don’t know how to be wild and find sustenance on their own.

I don't want to be negative but wildlife people will tell you that you make the buck less afraid of people and come deer season it will not be prepared to avoid hunters. Looks like fun but think of the deer's needs beyond a treat.
Very nice, and good fun, but remember they are Wild Animals, faster, stronger, than us and Never entirely safe.
It's a fun image but a bad practice. Hope you don't take it as we are all lecturing you.

A woman in a park in WV hand fed and touched a baby deer. A buck near her, charged and knocked her down and stomped her., near a sign that read "Do Not Feed the Wild Life". She was fined $100.50 and had some bruises and cuts to contend with.
