I took my daughter to school one morning recently through a thick fog. I had the foresight to take my camera, so I headed to the pond for a quick photo walk. The trees posed beautifully.

It was a beautiful morning. The fog hushed everything. I saw an eagle at the pond for the first time, but I had a wide lens on, so I didn't get a good shot of it.

Three gorgeous captures, beautifully rendered. They are so different that it is impossible to chose a favourite. Excellent compositions. You certainly have a good eye. So glad you had your camera with you - as I guess you are.

Thanks for the kind words, Vaun. While the fog was chilly, it was still warmer than previous days. The pond had been frozen over for several weeks, but that day it had started to melt, especially on the north side where the stream runs through.
