Beautiful images of a very cool bird. I'm glad you posted the second cormorant type on the same post. It helps to understand why you refer to the first as little.

Thanks Bill, even the black one is not the biggest of the black varieties...the "little" actually comes from the bird's name, "Little Pied Cormorant"..
