Thank you, Jerry
Another excellent one which is putting me to bed in a great frame of mind
My wife used to tell me she prep for a mammogram by lying on her side at the entrance to the garage and letting the automatic door close on one of her breasts. Somewhat apples to oranges but I stopped complaining about my Prostate checkups after that.
Breast cancer is a very serious problem. Mammograms can save lives. My wife and I lost a very dear friend several years ago to metastatic breast cancer. She was only 52 years old and a wonderfully sweet, caring, giving person. The loss of her (and her husband a year earlier to diabetes, also at 52) left a very large hole in our hearts and social life. We miss them both each and every day.
A reminder that many, of what are considered modern medical practices, are based on medieval torture methods.
