Are there any adapters that will allow you to use a Nikon lens to a Canon mirrorless body??

I recently switched from Nikon to Sony mirrorless. Having both Nikon and Canon lenses, I found a few lens adapters that are working great with the Sony. For my Nikon lenses I went with a Ommlite adapter, and for the Canon lenses I went with Gutty Adapter. Both are manual so there's no communication between the lens and camera. I'm replacing the lenses with Sony's brand as I sell my current lenses.

Thank you for your response. I was hoping to see if there was an adapter something like the Nikon FTZ.

Yes loads, but none that offer AF or any kind of communications between camera & lens.
Indeed not much more than a year ago there weren't any smart adapters for Nikon lenses to ANY mount.

Smart adapters are far more common for EF lenses, where there are now sometimes 4-5 options for a particular camera.

Canons version of the FTZ is only $99, and as with the FTZ the adapter returns the camera to the makers (currently in use) previous lens mount.

For Canon, that puts an EOS mount on the R-body. I use Nikkors on EOS bodies with a Fotodiox adapter on each Nikkor. The lenses grow only 1/8” longer. There is no communication nor mechanical functions. Therefor the lenses MUST be the type with an f/stop ring.

If not available today, the pattern of the marketplace means that soon there will be smart adapters for electronic Nikkors to (semi-)fully operate on R-bodies. I use such an adapter to operate electronic Nikkors on Sonys. AFAIK, my Nik-G to Sony adapter is the only one currently made, and did not exist ~1 year ago (new-ish product).

Check the link above. The F-mount can be adapted to the mirrorless EOS-R. But, the Z-mount flange distance is 16mm and the EOS-R is 20mm. To retain infinity, the Z-lenses are not an option.

My brain is tired. I have looked at more videos/tutorials and have read a lot about the different mirrorless cameras. I would have liked to jump to Canon but that will not happen. I have looked/read a lot about the pros and cons of the Z5 and the other Z cameras. From what I do the Z5 is fine. I don't remember his name but he is from Jersey and takes great pictures and is now using a Z5.
Thanks for your input and advice.

Thanks for the helpful input. I have bought the Z5 and the FTZ adapter

Yes if the are F mount. No if they are Z mount. Contrary to what others have said, I seriously doubt there will soon be a reliable adapter that preserves the Nikon auto functions. The Nikon to Sony E adapters are very poor, buggy and fail often, and they have been on the market for years.
