An Evening at The Naples Botanical Garden

On Wednesday evening the garden stayed open until 8pm, more than an hour past the 6:15 sunset. It was fun to shoot many of the plants that were illuminated via strategically placed LED lights. In addition to the plantings, there was the requisite sunset over the adjoining waterway. I had a tripod available but never used it. Rather i trusted to the IBIS of the Canon R5 coupled with the IS of the RF 70-200 F2.8 IS. Some of the shots that I took were at 1/20 sec (not included in the attached photos). The one sunset sho that I am including here was actually the only one that I took. I was standing in a crowd when my wife noticed the birds flying over. If I could recompose that shot I would have caught the birds lower to the horizon. If any one knows how to do this in post i would really be happy to learn.

I love them all, but the second from the last is just stunning and spectacular
