Nice, especially the pensive facial expression. But I have 2 comments.
First, I get that the lighting, coming from different directions/sources, has different spectral content. But I don't like the way it has given her skin two very different tones. I don't know if more, but not overpowering, front fill light would have helped, or if adjusting skin tones in PP would be the way to go.
Second, I hope that is red paint on the tub.

In short, her left arm and legs are a different color than her shoulders. That looks funny.

In scrolling down to John Frim's text, the hands and feet were in a cropped by the top of my monitor. Then with my hands, I visually cropped to the hands and feet narrowing the field of view, an interesting image of the entanglement of fingers and toes, hands and feet.
Of course, the total image is a real person in a surreal surrounding and in total begs for a surreal painting effect as with Dynamic Autopainter/van Gogh setting.
