I was going through some of my older files and found this just sitting around half-processed. I remember taking this and trying to get the post processing the way I wanted and just simply didn't have the skill with my software to get the right look.
Well, a little over a year later I think I'm a little closer to what I "think" it should look like.
I used:
darktable - raw processing for color, contrast, exposure, and some parametric masked burning
GIMP - Some layer overlays with gaussian blur and blending options, very light vignette.

I like it, you captured a nice idyllic scene very nicely. It makes me feel if I am actually there viewing it.
Good job on the PP work.

Although I have never been (luckily), I can 100% assure you that this was in Florida along the coast of Perdido Bay.
Yes, it is still very good.
I really like your result, Tony! Wonderful use of light.

More and more I am enjoying "darker" landscapes. Something special there. Enjoyed looking around your photo.

Thanks Joe, glad you stopped by and your comments are well appreciated.
Sometimes we find some unique spots while walking around and exploring. This composition was not my intended target for the late afternoon. But I knew it was pleasing to look at, so why not try to capture it
